I encounter it so fucking frequently these days.  Hardly anyone who posts on the internet today seems to know the difference between similar-sounding sets of words such as "there, their, they're" and "to, too, two".  It has become quite annoying to me.  Is illiteracy a growing trend in the United States today?  I think so.

And it's not just word usage.  The rules of simple elementary concepts such as capitalization and punctuation seem to be deemed unnecessary or not "hip" in the minds of the general public.  

I blame this growing philistinism* in the United States primarily on in the seemingly increasing number of adolescents and adults who no longer read books or other cognitively stimulating material for study or recreation.

Your masters want us to be as ignorant as possible and overall they're doing an excellent job.

*Merriam-Webster defines philistine as:
2a) A person who is guided by materialism and is usually disdainful of intellectual or artistic values.

I saw them open for Dark Funeral & Enslaved earlier this year and the majority of the crowd fucking despised them.  Many people gave them lots of shit throughout their entire set.  I didn't mind them.  They were at least a talented band.

I've always liked Led Zeppelin but I do NOT want to see that happen.  Robert Plant doesn't have half the vocal range he used to.  Imagine what he would do to those songs today.

Bob Barker was a pimp.  I watched a biography on him some time ago.  They talked about how for years any model that wanted to be on the show had to regularly fuck him.  But then one of them got jealous and decided to sue him and make it all public.  Too funny.

There are very few restaurants in my city that I trust with preparing a steak.  Personally I prefer to buy a good cut and then season charcoal grill it myself.  I just thought I'd include that.

I just wanted to reflect in the post of the scene in Clerks 2 where they "Sexy Stud" spits into his hand before fucking the donkey and some of the spit travels through between his fingers.  It's one of the funniest shots I have ever seen in a movie.
