We still aren't sure about the upcoming shows and Bear going. I think a chat with the  (head and body) doctors is needed.
Everyone seems to have great intentions in stopping by and even offering to bring him out, the idea of getting him back into a routine. But it's hard to say what will help and what really will make things worse.

I got riped a new one for leaving him alone and going on a date. The incite from this and a few other posts last night may prove useful. He wasn't telling anyone he wasn't sleeping again. I think he was actually hiding the fact, by fake napping.

I was introduced to the power of funk by Bear, as he just loves strong driving funk. George is wild, as is Bootsy and his space bass.

Bear is home and currently asleep in his den. He ate some real food took some medication to tire him out and went to sleep in a slightly more comfortable bed. He seems apprehensive of the things around him, and we have watched him stare at fairly normal things for long periods. He said it all feels strange a mix of normal things, and things that seem out of place like d????j? vu. If he is feeling up to it I??ll ask him to pop by tomorrow.

There are morons on both sides of that table. The only thing they really care about is keeping the table stuck at only two sides, and in that they agree.

There are some great teams in the East (overall east not just conference wise), the great beasts of the east. The Pats being one of these teams will only improve with this acquisition. His sheer presence on the field should open up lanes for Brady. He may not personally see staggering numbers but the overall offense should. He should even help out the running game as he has single player big game potential. The Pats have a strong overall team ethic and Randy seems like he is at a point where winning big is better than individual glory.

As it stands right now Bear will be coming home midday Saturday. The doctors have started weaning his antibiotic levels down to a point that can replaced with a dosage in pill form. They have started to re-introduce his normal medications so that any reaction will hopefully occur before his departure. The main reason that the doctors have gone along with the new time table is that his wife (a nurse) will be administering the meds and keeping a close eye on his rehabilitation.

We hope that being home will help him mentally do what is needed so he can feel better. The specialist thinks that this will be the case, but warned about the potential for an episode. He mentioned that the antiseptic and  distant feel people get in hospitals tend to make certain problems stay hidden. He went on to say that even the episode could have a silver lining as it will immediately bring the problems to the surface, where the can be addressed.
