Respectfully, I am too old to do the lawn anymore.

By my count, the Ticketmaster site appears to show over 5000 unsold seats in the pavillion for the Tinley Park show.

Any word on whether a special discount day may be in the works for the remaining pavillion seats?

There have been no rank changes in the top 10 for this update as it appears the veteran players have a stranglehold on the top spots. 

Obviously, times and tastes in music change; however, I find it very interesting that bands that ranked in the top ten in previous years (In Flames, Killswitch Engage, SOAD and Iced Earth) do not have a single vote yet and the top band in 2007 and 2008 (Lamb of God) has but a single vote at this point.  And still no votes yet for Motorhead, Behemoth or Dimmu Borgir.

I think It's amazing that no one mentioned GUNS N ROSES.....that doesn't seem right

Guns n' Roses would certainly have been on my list in the late 80s.  Appetite for Destruction contains absolutely no filler.

This latest update has a decidedly classic feel throughout the top ten slots.  Interestingly, and certainly to the chagrin of the regulars here, Avenged Sevenfold and Atreyu have skyrocketed into the top 15...

Wow - not much going on with recent voting.  I suspect there are a mere fraction of the people on this forum than there were back in 2007.  Perhaps six dates may have that affect.

Interestingly, the top band in both 2007 and 2008, Lamb of God, has yet to garner a single vote.
