Does anyone know what the deal is for international fans trying to buy tickets to the japanese ozzfest?

I've been to the website but obviously I don't know japanese... I'd really like a chance to buy my tickets honestly and not wind up extorted later on by some scalper.

How the hell do you buy tickets to the japan show?? I'm dying to go.

I can't find any info, and the official website is all in japanese... i hope they don't screw international fans out of a chance to buy tickets... it's going to be expensive as it is just to fly there. I'd hate to wind up being gouged by some second hand ticket scalper.

I really want to go... is it true that you have to have a japanese address, etc? Does anyone have any information about how to get tickets?? I'd like to get them before they are sold out, or before i have to purchase them for way too much from a scalper.

black sabbath and tool in one show? an excuse to plan a japanese vacation? count me in!! I'll be very bummed if they don't make tickets available to international fans.
