Ozzy Osbourne has scrapped "Soul Sucka" as the working title of his new solo album. "When we put that on the Internet none of my fan base liked the title," Osbourne tells RollingStone.com. "They were like, 'I can't imagine me walking around the fucking house with the words 'Soul Sucka' on my T-shirt.' So I was like, 'Fuck it. I've got to come up with something else!'" The now-untitled set is due out in July, the same month Osbourne says that Ozzfest will return after a one-year break. "After Ozzfest I'm doing the most extensive tour of my life," he says. "It'll be something like, 3,025 dates."
Ozzy's next album, his first since 2007's "Black Rain", will feature songs such as "Let It Die" and "Diggin' Me Down" and "Soul Sucka". The record will be the first to feature Ozzy's new guitarist, Greek native Gus G., who replaced longtime axeman Zakk Wylde in Ozzy's band last year.

In the words of the legendary AC/DC.....I Want a Mistress For Christmas. I have to admit, I enjoy hearing the theme to "Peanuts' this time of year.
Of course nothing compares to Twisted SIster's Heavy Metal Christmas:
On my heavy metal Christmas my true love gave to me, Twelve silver crosses Eleven black mascaras Ten pairs of platforms Nine tattered t-shirts Eight pentagrams Seven leather jackets Six cans of hairspray Five skull earrings Four quarts of Jack Three studded belts Two pairs of spandex pants And a tattoo of Ozzy...

I believe Ozzfest 2010 (IF it occurs) should have 12-15 bands that have NEVER played on the fest...but that is just my input

John Bush is making some serious $$$ doing the voice for Burger King.....I read the rumors regarding the 'Big 4' touring next year, if IT does happen, they would probably tour Europe only. I also read a rumor last week that Megadeth would be touring the US in the spring 2010, with Slayer and Testament.....alas.....rumors spread faster than AIDS

Maybe it's just me, but I've always associated Ozzfest with metal. I've also associate Alice in Chains with grunge. I would like to believe Alice in Chains would be better served headlining Perry Ferrell's Lollapallooza in Chicago rather than Ozzfest.
