Ozzy, Tony, Geezer and Bill; I hope this message finds its way to you somehow. Anyway, I grew up listening to Black Sabbath, I remember walking up and down my block as a kid blasting the Paranoid album scaring the shit outta my neighborhood listening to Iron Man. By the time I was old enough to go to a show Black Sabbath had split up, right around the time of the Never Say Die album. I've managed to see Ozzy many times live but I've never seen the whole band together live.
Well, I'm in my 40's now and I had a chance to see the full group live. I'm a grown man but I wept when they came on stage, my wife looked at me like I was a freak, the emotions that came over me - I literally saw my early childhood flash before my eyes, and then when the show was over and they played Changes I just stuck my face in a t-shirt and sobbed as we walked out.
I just wanted to thank you for all of the memories then, now and looking forward.
I LOVE Black Sabbath.
