my husband got the tickets fro ozz fest but apparently they have his name on them and he cant come to the show can i still use the tickets sum1 please let me know

ok so i went to redeem tickets just so i know how to do it comes 3 pm wen its time so i went to the show that u can redeem ur tickets at 8 am and there is nothing that says get ur tickets or redeem code or tickets someone help me wat do i do i cant not get tickets my husband will kill me please help me out

ok so i got my code for the show. so june 12 i go to the web site and put in the code to redeem my tickets? im so lost cuz the web site i went to b4 said that different shows have differnt days to go on to redeem your tickets ... can sum one please varify this for me please thanks a bucnh my husband will kill me if i dont get him his tix
