I'm buying a house, paying for the renovations, and then after we move in I get a present. My fiance agreed that we could each take out a little extra cash with the loan for the house and remodeling so we can do something nice for ourselves. He's getting a sleeve, and I'm getting a Doberman puppy. 

Back to the forum though: I was in Atlanta for a while, how is everyone doing?

We're actually going to pay less in monthly payments than monthly rent now. Saving money & getting a house. It's super nice.

We buy and flip homes.We just got done with our own home.Took over 6 months from top to bottom/all custom wood,tile work.
Off to the mountains for vacation time for a few weeks now...

I have a friend that does that, and he is pretty much the reason we're getting the house. It's a bank repo, and we're just paying off what they owe the bank

All i can say is wow!to the houses on the market.
mortgage rates are good and things are getting better depending on where you live.Rentals are full to.

Up to hijinks and shenanigans. The little boogers keep getting out of their indoor enclosure. Thus, making us have to chase them around, lol.

Once they learn to fly they will have the upper hand,....or wing,.as it were.

I was out back a couple of nights ago, and the dog was trying to watch them he but they were too fast. The little shits like to come out right before it really gets dark
