1  Forum / General Discussions / This week? on: April 18, 2010, 08:26:12 pm
So any time this week they will finally release some news. I've been checking ozzfest.com for months and its almost here. I was in the front row in 07. Caught a drumbstick from Ozzy's drummer Mike Borden. It was bad ass.I'm looking forward to finding out the schedule.

My friend said it's probably Adam Wakeman (the keyboard player). I can kind of see A and W.

I can't figure out who's autograph is on the left side. I can clearly see Zakk, Ozzy, Mike, and Blasko, but I don't know who the other person is on the left above Blasko. Help?

Yowzer said: I got mine this morning for GM Place in Vancouver, using the ozzfan code.

They were almost $100 each after Ticketmaster added all their charges, but managed to get 6th row floor seats, about halfway from center stage to the edge of the seats - not sure if it's Zakk's side or Blasko's.

I might keep an eye on the auctions, just to see if I can do a bit better. We paid $120 for the DTE auction seats we had, which were about 6 feet or so off the stage on Blasko's side

Did you get the tickets through Ticketmaster, or the ozzfan website?  I believe there is a difference.  Did you just go to the Ozzfan website and get them through that site, or did you get your code and use it through ticketmaster?

There is no difference. Clicking the "BUY NOW" button on the OzzFan.com website takes you to ticketmaster.
6  Forum / General Discussions / OZZY/ZOMBIE tix prices? on: September 08, 2007, 11:53:20 am
Does anybody know how much tickets will be to this tour (starting with the best seats)? I've looked all around and can't find that information (ozzy.com, robzombie.com, ticketmaster.com, allstatearena.com, aeglive, com, livenation.com, and blabbermouth.net). Perhaps somebody else has a better source. Just thought I'd check. Thanks!

The presigned CD's were $20. I know they had a very limited number. I was at the FYE tent about 40 mins after the gates opened and they only had 5 left and I got two of them (one for my girlfriend).

Yeah, I saw Flyleaf at Family Values and I thought they were shit. I left and got some food after a couple songs.

These were taken from my cell phone, so they aren't great. I'm having my disposable camera developed Friday, so I'll try to share them..

SIGNED HATEBREED CD. They were pretty cool guys.

The drumstick I caught after Ozzy's set from Mike Bordin:

SIGNED Ozzy CD. I didn't meet him, but they sold presigned ones at the FYE tent.

Yes, it was a great fucking fest this year. I didn't catch any bands until DevilDriver though. I saw them, Behemoth and Hatebreed at the second stage. They all kicked some ass.  I wanted to see NILE, but I missed them because I was waiting at the fucking MONSTER truck to get a free Monster. I know that was stupid, but I was thirsty as fuck and I was only a couple of people away from the entrance when NILE started.. Oh well...  At the Mainstage I only watched Static-X and Ozzy. For the other bands I was in the VIP Club and walking around. I had front row center seats. Security sucked at the mainstage because they wouldn't let us lean on the rail until Ozzy, so it wasn't much fun. I didn't feel like standing around and watching Lordi and Black TIde. I wanted to see LOG, but unfortunately my girlfriend was feeling sick so I was with her at the time ::confused

I bought a presigned OZZY Black Rain CD at the FYE tent and bought the Hatebreed CD to get signed. I met the guys from Hatebreed. They were pretty cool. During Static-X I caught a guitar pick and after Ozzy was done playing I caught a drum stick from Mike Bordin. That was fucking awesome.

After the show we went to White Castle and had to wait about 45 mins to get some fucking food. That was BS.
I'm home now though and I'm going to sleep. I had a great time though and I can't wait until next year.
