You bought some REALLY shitty CDs this year.  Also, check-out Slaves of the World (Old Man's Child).  I'd forgotten that CD came-out this year.  It's fucking awesome and extremely difficult to put down.  Lust In Space (GWAR) came out this year too.

Your making a comment that "I bought some REALLY shitty CDs this year".      And your going to name drop Gwar??!!   LOL!!!!     We obviously have a huge differnece in taste.     But hey dude, to each his own, i guess.

APWFAN69 said: then why did they put up Ozzfest Survey 2009 ?? unless there doing a ozzfest with out him

Yeah? what the fuck!?     Oh well, lets all go take over the Mayhem Festival boards I guess.  The only reason I'm on here is because Ozzfest (was) the greatest metal festival. And was also the greatest day of my life every year for 9 years straight.  Looks like the mayhem people kicked Ozzfests ass again!

Heres to hoping they will bring back Sounds of the Underground this year. (Let Lamb of God Headline again!!)    And a solid Summer Slaughter line up.

The Faceless is fucking cool, if you give them a chance.    Thier newer stuff more so than the old.

The Ancient Covenant
(2:00 mark on fucking rules) good deep vocals.

7  Forum / General Discussions / What are you listening to now?! on: February 09, 2009, 03:16:34 pm
Lamb of god - Fake Messiah
8  Forum / General Discussions / Metal Edge 50 greatest front men on: February 06, 2009, 08:48:28 pm
While I will probably never 100% agree with lists like these.   This is probably the closest one has ever come.

Rob Halford in my opinion is the fucking man.  Also good to see Dio that high on there and my new favorite Randy Blythe!!   I just love the pitches and ranges of his screaming!
9  Forum / General Discussions / Metal band that MOST people seem to love? on: February 06, 2009, 05:03:55 pm
I dont like Maiden or Dream Theater.
And at the last In Flames tour, I heard a bunch of high school kids that were there to see All that Remains.  Bashing Gojira, after they played. I wanted to beat their asses for being so ignorant.

Anyways I would say almost everyone loves,  Ozzy/ Black Sabbath, Testament, and Pink floyd.      Ive never heard anyone rip on or say they dislike thoes bands.

My buddy sent a video to me, about how the song  "Lateralus" was based on and set to The Fibonacci Sequence.

Lateralus

If you haven't seen the video that I linked above.  Check it out.  I thought it was cool as hell.  And it gives me more of an appreciation for Tool.
13  Forum / General Discussions / Did anyone see SlipKnot last friday? on: February 04, 2009, 01:47:22 pm
Heres their setlist.

They played all these in Chicago last Friday.  So I imagine this is what you'll get

Slipknot Setlist
14  Forum / General Discussions / Possible Ozzfest 2009 Lineups (create your own) on: February 04, 2009, 01:12:23 pm
I would say, That I would like to see the following.

Main:
Ozzy
Tool
Lamb of God
In Flames
Opeth

2nd:
Meshuggah
Soulfly
Chimaira
Gojira
Arsis
Heaven Shall Burn
Cattle Decapitation
Unearth
Between the Buried and Me

I feel this would sell well.  Some mainstream acts in there, but not too mainstream.
By the way, I know its early but Ozzfest should make some kind of and announcement.  To counter the Amazing Mayhem line up that was released.
15  Forum / General Discussions / who likes hatebreed? on: February 04, 2009, 12:58:07 pm

Just Slayer, Lamb of God, and Pantera  memrobila for me.
