106  Forum / General Discussions / Tim Ripper Owens! on: August 12, 2009, 09:00:54 pm
I don't know if that many people are familiar with this phenomenal artist. He replaced the lead singers for Judas Priest and Iced Earth for a while. Then went onto solo career, he's worked with Yngwie Malmsteen on one album before. He then joined a band named, Beyond Fear which everyone should check out their an awsome band! Anways he just recently released a solo album that's one of his best work yet he has many guest artists such as,  Bob Kulick, Chris Caffery (Savatage, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Mike Callahan (ex-Earshot) and John Comprix (Beyond Fear, Ringworm).

The list of guest  musicians  featured on Owens solo debut is even more spectacular: along with Bob Kulick and Chris Caffery and the others, he was supported by the guitarists Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake), Michael Wilton (Queensryche), Jeff Loomis (Nevermore), Steve Stevens (Billy Idol), bassists Marco Mendoza (ex-Whitesnake), Billy Sheehan (Mr Big, ex-David Lee Roth), Dave Ellefson (ex-Megadeth), Rudy Sarzo (Dio, ex-Ozzy Osbourne, ex-Quiet Riot), James  Lomenzo (Megadeth), Tony Franklin (ex-Blue Murder), Dennis Hayes (Beyond Fear) and drummers Simon Wright (ex-AC/DC, Dio), Vinny Appice (Heaven & Hell), Ray Luzier (Korn), Bobby Jarzombek (Riot, Halford), and Brett Chassen.

Does anyone know when that's coming out, because the day before it does I'm spending the night at my nearest store to wake up at 5:00 A.M. and get it! SLAYER FOREVER!

Who's all going? it's a sick line-up Slipknot, Mudvayne, Static X, Saliva, Steel Panther, and a couple of other bands. It's so worth it I can't wait all of these bands will tear up the roof! ::smile
109  Forum / General Discussions / Has anyone ever heard of a band named.... on: August 10, 2009, 01:13:34 pm
Yeah I agree with everyone that says Dio isn't power metal cuz he isn't the best power metal bands alive are Iced Earth, Judas Priest, and I guess if you think about it Iron Maiden. And I'd consider Symphony X to be symphonic speed metal.
110  Forum / General Discussions / Has anyone ever heard of a band named.... on: August 09, 2009, 07:44:56 pm
Symphony X? They're so cool I love all of their music. bUt what pisses me off you can so tell that Dragonforce stole their style and made it really crappy. Symphony X's style is if Dragonforce were to sound extremely awsome! There is still a major difference  in both styles, but you can just tell that Dragonforce made it gay! The reason why I say that Dragonforce stole their style is because Symphony X has been around since 1992 while Dragonforce only stands since 2001. Anyways if you haven't heard of these guys take a listen and I gurantee you'll love these guys. They're sadly underground compared to how long they've been around for so if we get them famous maybe they'll play at Ozzfest!
111  Forum / General Discussions / What are you listening to now?! on: August 09, 2009, 07:33:30 pm
SLAYER-FINAL SIX::sinister
112  Forum / General Discussions / Attention all metal heads! on: August 08, 2009, 01:28:53 pm
On youtube if you watch any thrash metal videos such as Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax you'll sadly see in the comments below of a couple of kids posting up saying that the Jonas Brothers are a billion times better than all four of them combined! The insults keep on coming and getting worse! I can't believe they have the balls to insult the 4 metal gods of all time! Something needs to be done about it we need to tell them off so bad that they never insult them again! It's been going on for a week now!
113  Forum / Ozzy / Ozzfest 2010 on: August 06, 2009, 03:24:34 pm
I think the main acts for Ozzfest 2010 should be Black Sabbath, BLS, Metallica, Judas Priest, Fireball Ministry, Rob Zombie, Slayer, Anthrax, Marilyn Manson, something like that.
114  Forum / General Discussions / PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME IT'S URGENT! on: August 06, 2009, 03:11:04 pm
I can't find this 4-5 minute Marilyn Manson biography video anymore! It was so cool it was on youtube. It had his cousin on it a blondie who was extremely hot! The other part of the bio reveals the fact that Manson created Eddie Iron Maiden's mascot. I think....he could've just drawn it. Please though I need help finding it.

First off I wanted to give thanks to the 60 people who read my blog and actually checked the band out. Second of all I just wanted to fill everyone in more on them. The best albums people need to check out from them are Their Rock Is Not Our Rock and The Second Great Awakening. The best songs to check out form them are "The Broken" and "Sundown". Check out their website to find any updates about them. These guys truly bring back hard rock just like in Ozzy's early years! These guys are underrated and we need to help get them known so that maybe they might play at Ozzfest. They've opened up for Disturbed, CKY, and many other modern day metal bands.
I hope everyone enjoys their music.
Rock on hard metalheads!
117  Forum / General Discussions / Fireball Ministry on: April 09, 2009, 07:35:15 pm
There is a modern day hard rock band called the Fireball Ministry that everyone should check out! They truly bring back hard rock like it sued to be. They're a combination between Ozzy and Motorhead. So far four albums have been released by them and they're currently working on the 5th album. I hope if anyone listens to them that they'll love them instantly and most of all they've by far earned themselves to play at Ozzfest!
