Anyone else here a fan of Periphery or Misha Mansoor? I got into Periphery a few months ago and I'm HOOKED. I know that they were signed by Sumerian awhile back, but I don't know when their debut is supposed to drop.

I am also looking forward to the debut of Tesseract, I got into them from my interest in Fellsilent, which at one point shared a guitarist with Tesseract.

I just want to know when both of them drop. Anyone know?

Mechanize is a monster of an album, probably their finest record since Demanufacture. I doubt that their should be much legal red tape for the new line-up to maneuver through, so I hope that Sharon can book them before someone else does.

I haven't heard their new album, but I really haven't been interested in Rammstein since Mutter. Although, they DO put on a good stage show. I would watch them.

I like Korn...A LOT. They haven't been the same since Head left. SYOTOS and Untitled were weak. Now they're a four-piece again with Luzier as their new skinsman. Robinson is producing, so it should be heavy [solos would be a WONDERFUL new addition to their sound]. Head MIGHT rejoin to record on this album, so I'm just hoping for the best. *crosses fingers*

So...when is their record coming out? According to their MySpace page, they're done. That's it. I haven't heard anything from Koch, so I'm wondering when this album will hit the streets.

Well, apparently Burt and Dino have patched things up and are starting a new project together with Byron and Gene Hoglan. Should be pretty badass! Hopefully this means that a FULL FF reunion is now in the works.

Now THAT would make my year.

I heard about this on blabbermouth from Tomas. I LOVE ObZen, and I'm glad I don't have to wait another three years for another release from these Swedes.

I heard Tomas is having back problems recently, and I was wondering if plans were changed. Is that still true?
