That's impossible. As long as the cover band credits the actual composers, then there shouldn't be any problems. Not true. Venues pay certain fees every year to let bands cover songs, play music over the PAs in between sets, etc. As long as the fees are paid, there shouldn't be a problem, but I could totally see the RIAA going after somebody for it. |

actually i do own an impaled nazarene cd jack ass, i have the "all that you fear" album. i know who brain drill is, but don't have any of their cds. i have 400 death metal and grind cds... i have a death metal radio show!! have you ever heard of gorephagia??? how about ameobic dysentery... gutrot, putrid pile, copremesis, screaming afterbirth??? you ever hear of them douche? Ive been listening to PPUSAIX bands as of late to see if I wanna go. PS WHO HAS PATHOSRAY 07 RELEASE? IN NEED OF DOWNLOAD! I'm just not a fan of the cheese. Very very few power metal bands can pull it off well, the only one I can think of off the top of my head is Dragonland. i have the Pathosray disc btw heyyyy you should upload it.
