There are very few restaurants in my city that I trust with preparing a steak.  Personally I prefer to buy a good cut and then season charcoal grill it myself.  I just thought I'd include that.

I like mine cooked medium-rare over charcoal (gas grills suck!) with A1, saut????ed zucchini & summer squash with red peppers and onions OR saut????ed mushrooms with teriyaki sauce.  Add either grilled potatoes (cut potatoes with carrots, celery and onions with hot, spicy seasoning on them and then wrapped in tin foil), yellow string beans fried in oil (they taste similar to french fries), corn on the cob, steamed spinach, Swiss chard, or asparagus as a vegetable.
