medium rare... with the blood juice. No A-1. You only use A-1 if the steak is a crappy grade and is over cooked.
I'm now really liking the buffalo steaks mmmm... that's what I'm having for dinner tonight. With a nice Pinot Noir to round it off.

I used to have a two roommates that both put ketchup on their steaks. It was fucking disgraceful. It actually frustrated me inside.

my friend went to some of her friends' house and they were having dinner. They offered her a "salad" and the dressing they put on it was ketchup ::laugh

depends on the cut. really! and how it is being cooked. but medium rare, for the most part. but! blacked! that is nice depending on the cut and you have got to do it right.

depends on the cut and type of meat. med rare to med. sometimes seared sometimes broiled sometimes grilled. seasoned nicely. maybe a seasoned butter/wine sauce. ok, im heading home for dinner now!::sinister
