Well also, it depends on where I get the steak. Like, if it's a really really nice steak, I would pass on the A1. But at a place like Outback, I like my A1.

It's like chewing on a shoe.  

I also want to take away my medium-rare comment.  I still like it, but now... I prefer medium/medium rare buffolo steaks. Mighty tasty. Had one yesterday. The best steak ever.
