I'd have to say Lamb of God-Wrath. It was #2 on the charts and sold more than the Jonas Brothers. I don't see the big deal about Endgame though, I thought it was a step down from United Abominations.

Voivod - Infini is great too... thrash pioneers but not well known in the US, huge in Europe and Canada.
