Who agrees with this statement?  They were one of the first black metal bands in existance (I think only Venom was before them).  IMO they are one of the best black metal bands.  I personally think they'd be awesome to headline/co-headline the 2nd stage.

Yeah old man's child wasn't one of the first. Venom, Bathory, Mercyful Fate, Celtic Frost, Hellhammer, and tormentor all came become old man's child.

Still, it would be pretty sweet. Not gonna happen tho. I can cross my fingers. To be honest I'm not as interested in bigger shows.ozzfest is fun and shit, but i prefer the club shows, where the pits are violent. I'd still go to ozzfest if they have a good line up tho. regardless of how many mallgoth's I'll see there. Still better than mayhemfest. why see slayer play for 45 minutes when i can wait a few months and see them play for over an hour? exactly. I skipped mayhemfest because I know I'll catch the 2 or 3 GOOD bands on other tours.
