Just got back from the show
it's 1:30am and my ears are ringing, feet are tired and knees are sore from pushing back on the barrier.
Got in early and got a spot at the barrier/rail and stay there
Fuck it was hot and loud.
Baroness opened and were followed by Lamb of God..then Metallica who played over 2 hours.
Awesome setlist and stage set up, full of energy and enthusiasm
it was fantastic.
At the previous nights show they apparently played Breadfan by Budgie as an encore but not tonite
I scored a pic and a huge black metallica beach ball.
Dude next to me scored a drumstick
Great nite....pity I can't upload pics from my phone to this site
goodnite!
Killer!

US Premier Plus ($55.00)
International Premier ($60.00)

Its worth it if you use it frequently. Id look into it if I were you. Pretty cool members excslusive forum too (though they moderate the hell out of it. No trolling acounts allowed there lol.)

"Freedom of Speech - as glorious as it is - does not apply to posting on PPM. This is a a private community and we may remove you as a member of this site for any violation of the rules and guidelines, including but not limited to: sexist statements, racist statements, threats of violence, attacks upon the staff, etc.. That is a quote from the rules and guidelines section. On second thought, you should probobly steer clear of that forum. You would be banned in 2 seconds lol.

I never make racial statements or threaten violence but the sexist comments...well....
At work yesterday we were talking about having a movie nite and one of the girls suggested bringing popcorn....I asked if I could cut a hole in the bottom of her popcorn bucket and we could share it....

When I saw them last year they were amazing, one of the best shows I've seen. Also as far as the Big 4 concert DVD I thought they did a great job. Of course James voice is not the best these days but it's nothing he can really help. Kirk actually didn't fuck up much and Lars did fine too save for a few laughable "fills" that were out of place in the songs. The only problem I have with the DVD is the sound mixing during Metallicas set. The bass guitar and the bass drum is almost absent from the mix. Who the hell is mixing Metallicas stuff these days? Anthrax and Megadeths mixing were great while Slayers was muddy but tolerable.
