there's been a huge raccoon hanging around our neighborhood lately
we came home late one night and scared it while it was trying to break into our bird feeder
it took off across the backyard and hid behind a 33 gallon garbage can and stood up
and it was taller than the garbage can which is about 4 ft tall

I came home from work and saw a pair of eyes glowing on my porch
and I thought it was one of my cats so I reached out to pet it
and the motion-sensor light went on right before I petted a possum
and what's the scariest critter in your village, gnomez?

You guys get all the cool shit over there We don't get Raccoons....or .357's Can you really own one of those Tiger? Yep, I got a Ruger GP100 .357 with a six inch barrel. There are also companies that make 50 cal. hand guns. Hell, this is Texas you can get all kinds of guns, no full autos though, those are illegal here. Smith and Wesson, Ruger, Desert Eagle make some really cool BIG guns.   |

Man your gun laws are so lax...
We have possums too AVG but no snakes or bears or alligators etc
We get the odd shark on our beaches in summer but not Great Whites and no real nasty jellyfish
All the truely nasty creatures are in AustraliA
The nastiest spider we have is the Katipo which is pretty nasty but they are very rare and I've never seen one
