On both a creepy & secuded story factor Silent Hill. That whole fog bit rawks & Lowe has nothing on Pyramidhead amonst other oddities! But Resident Evil is wayy more frantic & fun! Not to mention the fact that it tells the story as a whole rather then random individuals accounts. (not counting 1st & 3rd games which did continue storyline.)
