Be as honest, blunt, and obvious about it as possible.  That doesn't mean you have to be an ass about it.  Being honest is best, though.  Tell it to her in person, to her face that you are done with her.  If she keeps bothering you after that, ignore her bitching and sever all communication with her if need be.

This is just my opinion, though.
