and not only do they not have it,

Best Buy is weird sometimes. It takes a bit for some product to be dispensed out to the local stores.

they did say they would have Diary of a Madman Live (?) available on june 7th
is that the dvd portion of the box set?

No the Diary of a Madman Legacy Edition has the Diary studio record plus the Ozzy Live cd of live songs recorded on the Blizzard of Ozz tour. The dvd is only in the box set and is called 'Thirty Years After The Blizzard'. I hope that helps.

My box supposably shipped last week, but nothing yet. Does anyone know what postal carrier is being used. The tracking number I got e-mailed is no good anywhere so far.  Huh Angry

The box sets are shipped by Sony via UPS Ground in the US and UPS WorldWide Saver outside of the US. Hopefully it has shown up for you now but keep me posted.

I just got mine yesterday, under the shipping info it said it could take 2 to 5 working days and blah blah blah but anyway. The box is awesome, seeing Randy jam on stage is something I've waited for since the Tribute album came out. The new live cd sounds amazing and I haven't even had a chance to listen to the whole thing yet!!! The book is full of pics I've never seen before, the box is well worth it, it's all well put together  Shocked Cool

Well done Ozz.
