Well people, its happened ....In the last 7 months I have gone full circle. My wife of 9 years has told me she doesn't love me anymore, I fell into the horible cycle of feeling sorry for myself and drinking mass quantities of fermented malt beverages ( even more than usual for da wiz) and even sparking up on occasion to waste away the hurt....kinda lost the will to do much of anything except to exist. The only thing that helped me get by was my little boy...if it wasn't for him I don't know if I would be here right now to be honest.
In the last few weeks though , my life has done a 180... I have met someone that has completely changed my outlook on life.Someone that I've connected with on a level I never thought possible. I have fallen for a beautiful girl 9 years my junior. She has made me feel 9 years younger myself. She is incredible in every way. She is fun, has a zest for life, a little on the wild side, not to mention she's sexy as all hell.
I told her the other day that she has the chararistics of a Metal chick....even though she doesn't care to much for my music.....( hey ...nobody is perfect...but she's pretty damn close ) she. is just an awesome girl
I guess I must be in love because I want to tell everyone....which is pretty funny....because I don't even really know any of you besides by a name on a forum....but in a weird sort of a way I still consider some of you as friends.even though I've never met you....thanks for listening to me spill my feelings all over this forum....it felt good to let them be known ~ your friend da_wizard
p.s...... I'm going to make her listen to my music tell she likes it

 REALLY happy for ya Wiz!!!!! Soooo cool to here somethin good and positive amidst a sea of of negative B.S. Glad you had your boy to help you through the tough times.I been there and my son helped me keep it all together and still dose OOO and ease your girl into the music GENTLY at 1st. It's a big metal universe yinz are bound to find stuff you can share BEST WISHES

I been married for over 24 yrs and my wife is my best friend and the love of my life,I could not imagine a day with out my wife by my side,and it does sucks hear that yours didnot work out for you,I am so srry to hear that, but hey brother, its good to hear your doin alot better and have found love again.Ole mini wishes you and your new gal all the best.....good luck and best wishes to you 2 |

Congrats. on your new found love, and turn around in your life. I've seen alcohol turn good people bad, and I'm glad your back to moderation  . I've changed alot of things about myself as well for my 2 boys, I'd do anything in the world for them. Hey, for Halloween you can dress up as Gene Simmons and sing "Dr. Love". Thats a metal love song... isn't it?  |
