NY Giants vs NE Patriots

I'm hoping for the Giants, but they're evenly matched.  How often does Brady take a quick lead?  How often does Manning make a last-minute comeback?  How did Brady do in Superbowl XLII?  How well did Manning do in Superbowl XLII?  Will memories of NY's last-minute win come back to haunt NE?  Will they give NY too much confidence?  I'd say they're about par and I hate each team equally.  But I'm gonna go for the underdogs and say GO NEW YORK.
