If I didn't have a reason to be pissed at them before, I do now. They said that they never received anything from me, yet I was smart enough to send it certified mail and keep the receipt. I checked with USPS to find out who signed for it and it was the a man named Kenneth Webb who is the director of student life (who the ATTN was for) that signed for the letter. I also have my own copies of the appeal forms I sent them.
