i love the weed, but it's not accepted in general society so i dont try to flaunt it. i'll smoke a joint walking down the street but wont talk about it unless i know the people im talking to well (or of course it's just over the internet in a situation such as this)

well if you think about it if it were legal there would be less murders and fights over drugs...people wouldn't have to hide it...i think the goverment should legalize it ..tax it...and sell it..they would make a killing

they wouldnt necessarily make a killing off taxing it imo. people would start to grow it themselves and the gov. makes so much money off of busting people i doubt they'll ever make it completely legal. hopefully im wrong..............

it would be heavily regulated. home growers would only be able to possess a certain # of plants before it cuts into the large farms that would appear overnight.

The government could regulate it, just like they do tobacco and alcohol.  The reason why the don't want it legalized is because they make more money by seizing people's property and assets.

Yeah, but times that by all the seizes.  Here, they almost never catch the growers, because the growers make it a self-sustaining farm.  They just get the weed before it is ready to sell.
