I believe it's just a Megadeth headlining show. I'm sure there was something on the Megadeth forums saying that there won't be Gigantour until 2008.

Now that you mention it, I heard something about that too.  I don't think Mustaine wanted to compete with the summer festivals, so they were planning it early in the year.

i thought gigantour was a no go this year simply do to their being on the heaven and hell bill.

I don't know for sure...........I do remember hearing that they wanted to do it in January or something so they don't have to compete with Ozzfest, SOTU, and Warped.

This tour is with In This Moment and confession and its also coming to Saint Louis September 18th I talk to the person who books shows at pops in Saint Louis and he told me they just booked it

Must mean that gigantour will be early next year.  If at all.

::looking gigantour is by far the best tour around for the past two years, this is quite upsetting but i guess it gives dave more songs to play wen hes headlingin his own show

shit kid... theyre playing the Egan center?  damn if I still lived in Anchorage I'd hit that up!

the Egan Center (when set up for a concert) is more like a cloub stage so you can get right up close!  all GA!  I saw 36 Crazyfists there in 2003

I'm hitting the pit at Holmdel!  If you see me, I'll be wearing a HATEBREED tee shirt w/ camo shorts and Converse style shoes.  If you see me, shout "ROBIN HOOD IS ON CRACK" and you'll get a big hug!
