time does not exist, nothing happens, everything was, is, and will be, there is no order to anything everything is in a set state. our minds just put everything into a sequence to make everything appear to have order so it doesn't seem like everything is happening at once.

my question:

how do we consciously control this so we can turn it on or off as we want and experience things for what they truly are without the use of drugs and it having any form of bias and adding its own effects to the experience?

Honestly I don't know. It seems like you should be able to do it through meditation or trance. I could be wrong about that, but that seems like a logical explanation.
