War Ensemble"

"Skeletons of Society"
"Born of Fire"
"Seasons in the Abyss"
 
...Hard choice for me...seasons had the "pounding speed of Reign in Blood", while retaining their new found melodic sense.War, murder, and human weakness are the major lyrical themes here and Dave Lombardo has to be one of my favorite alltime drummers...

With Divine Intervention Araya's interest in serial killers inspired much of the lyrical content.D.I. was Bostaphs first album with slayer and in his opinion the worst album he ever drummed on.He said "it never had any consistency to it although a lot of fans still like it" & "the guitars weren't loud enough".

Im going with Seasons!

seasons was way better for sure.

although divine intervention was closer to the reign in blood speed in my opinion.

theres just something about Seasons that kicks much more ass than DIvine Intervention ...

My vote is for Seasons in the Abyss ...

cant get any better than war ensemble and skeletons of society
