DOES ANYBODY REALLY KNOW WHEN THEY REALLY ARE GOING ON SALE??? AND WHERE Huh

I WOULD APPRICIATE IT VERY MUCH!!! IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN WITH THE TOUR DATES IN THE PAST.
