Chew straws, bro.  I've chain smoked for about four years now and they really helped me that week that I quit.  Part of the problem is when you get stressed out, you want a cigarette.  It's not really the smoke entering your lungs that calms you down some of the time, it's that deep breath you take - so inhale off a straw.  Once I get out of my parents house (two and a half fucking weeks), I'm going back on the wagon hopefully for good...
