What you probably meant to ask, is what's worse, typical punk vs MTV pop punk like Hawthorne Heights.

punk has roots, it came from somewhere and has some originality to it, you dont see many real punks around, but emo is fucking crap! it came out of nowhere and won't fucking leave, theres no originality and everyone whose into that trend is all the same
