Wal Mart is alot cheaper, but I always feel like I just walked out of a crack house when I walk out of the place and I need a shower.  So I prefer Target.

When it comes to prices and food, Wal-mart.
But you can normally get some awesome new cds from target from good metal bands and they won't be censored from Target.

Metal > food.

So overall Target wins. Cheesy
