ALPINE OZZFEST ROCKED!!

Ozzfest at Alpine Valley kicked ass once again this year!!  Behemoth on the 2nd stage kicked ass!!  I got almost to the front row when they were playing.  Lots of moshing!
Static-X and Lamb of God almost started a riot!  There was sod flying everywhere.  Ass kicking going on everywhere.  And there were even a few people who tried to steal an $8 beer.   They ended up getting face planted in the dirt by the workers.  Ha ha.  It was some funny shit.
And of course Ozzy brought the house down.

too bad you didnt go to Tinley Park becasue they fucking owned Alpine!!

I will never go to Alpine again for Ozzfest.   Tinley is where all the mayhem was.   almost no one was throwing shit at Alpine, and the pits were fucking lame.  30  to 40 man pits tops during Lamb of God.


Lamb of God in Tinley on the other the other hand,  had  the whole center of the lawn, one big pit.  Security also got pounded on for trying to go near the pits.      They left after the second time we laid them all down.       I would say at a few points during the set there was like 200 to 300 kids in the pit!!  

 overall i had fun at both ozzfests this weekend.  But Tinley was by Far the best crowd.  (If you like crazy pits and sod fights that is!)
