from my experience seeing heaven and hell, then add king crimson, it would more than likely do fine at a ampitheater tour.

From MY experience, which is 11 ozzfests in a row, it wouldn't work because there would need to be some bigger bands on the bill. Not to mention its Ozzfest right? I kinda doubt Ozzy would have Dio w/ Sabbath headline, although that part of your lineup would be cool, it would never happen.
