Tell Congress To Pass H.R. 676 Now

43,185 Submissions so far

Under H.R. 676 [Text of Bill], Medicare would be extended and improved so that all individuals residing in the United States would receive high quality and affordable health care services. They would receive all medically necessary services by the physicians of their choice, with no restrictions on what providers they could visit. If implemented, the United States National Health Insurance Act would cover primary care, dental, mental health, prescription drugs, and long term care.

One reason why this should NEVER pass EVER. "Medicare would be extended and improved so that all individuals residing in the United States would receive high quality and affordable health care services." WTF. Improve all Individuals residing in US? Give me a brake. illegal immigrants shouldn't get any help at all. Everyone says they unfortunate to have been born in a poverty ridden country, but they should not break the law to get into the US. Get into the US legitimately, like all the good people of the world.

The bill idea is good as a whole, but that one line makes this bill a piece of s***. Only worded to get Hispanic votes from illegal immigrants that shouldn't even be able to vote in the first place!

Agree with you on the illegal immigrants, but those of us who are legals and work our asses off, get sent into wars for this country and volunteer during a crises in this country should not be shit on either, and a lot of us are. We need to let our senators know that we think that is BS and we are tired of it. It is just continually getting worse.

No shit. Kind of makes you want to move to another country. Most of them take better care of their citizens than this one does.

I want to move to a different country and I'm in Canada!! It's seems like people elsewhere have the best medical care ever. Although I'm sure they have other cons.
