you can can check http://urSESSION.COM/... just click the urBAND tab, click US and put in your zip code.. then select what you're looking for... like guitar player, bass player... the site is fairly new right now (it was created by Shavo Odadjian, System of a Down) so i don't know how many VA bands are on there looking for a singer, but you could probably just create a page and let someone find you.. put up an audition tape so people can hear your voice : )
