he was at a concert and took some ecstacy he went into convulsions and died on the way to the hospital. i feel so numb right now.

it brings some shit to the forefront that you don't usually think about. i'll probably spend the day tomorrow calling people i haven't heard from in a while and telling loved ones how much they mean to me.

I've lost so many..too many..friends to the demons called drugs. Especially cocaine. This is why I steer clear far away from drugs. By all means I don't consider myself straight edge just moreso freaked out about certain substances because of what I have seen.

i usually stay away from drugs for other reasons. i've done so many in my lifetime though that i would be a hypocrite to condemn someone for getting high.

How unfortunate.  I'm sure all the board members feel for you.  It's good to know that you avoid the drugs that killed a good friend of yours.  Perhaps his death will serve as a warning to others.  But I've never lost a friend like that, and can't begin to imagine what it's like

None of my close friends have died yet. But thats not saying I'm not expecting it soon. Especially the ones on meth now.
