I gotta go with the Zune. I had an ipod and compared to the Zune it sucks. The software for the Zune ias much easier to use. Uploading songs is much easier. Chnging the background pic is a nice option. Plus with the hard case It will never fall out of my pocket or off my lap getting out of the car without me realising it. Pretty big and heavy.

Seriously, Creative are the leaders in making sound cards/audio hardware for computers, so they know how to make a product that "sounds good". None of the compatibility bullshit issues that either Mac or Microsoft force you to deal with either. Solid product.

If I ever get another mp3 i may just go with the Zen.  I have yet to see one. Does allow you to have pics and all that other wonderful stuff. Also does it have any games. That is the one thing I miss about the Ipod is playing solitaire.

No games, but yes, it has all the other stuff (and built in fm radio + microphone)

I have my Nano and love it, nothing against anything else, but it has been great and the size is the key for me. I have not had any problem at all with ITunes.
