What the hell kindda word is FLABERGASTED, and how would you use it in a sentence??

flab-ber-gast : transitive verb (esp. as flabbergasted) colloq. overwhelm with astonishment

For instance:

I am flabbergasted at the lack of proper grammar on this board.
