I think so. I'm not surprised that he died in 2006 and that when his stepson went through his belongings he found the evidence that would connect him along with evidence that was always in the open. It really doesn't matter now.

I know it doesn't matter.  But maybe since they think/know he was the killer, it can bring some closure to the families of those who were killed by him.
