hmm..well, i didnt see bad acid trips set, but from what im reading they sucked ass! lol

ax7, horrible..and the  funniest moment ever when their power blew out at the CA show i went to .....but ..i must say they do..do..a good cover of walk, even though its them. i give them props. also atreyu sucked too..and again, funiest thing ever when their power went out lol. but i , no we, as a metal community have to give all the bands prop's..hell, their...there! were not, so you have to give them, even though it hurts, \m/, horns

worst band of ozzfest 06? for me it was Full Blown Chaos. saw em in Columbus and they spent more time hocking their CD than they did "playing". that point aside, they were just flat out bland.

I refuse to say hardcore metal.. Metalcore is the proper subgenre name, whether you like it or not.

Secondly, Devin Townsend possessed the most musical talent out of anyone on the festival last year. He's a great vocalist, song writer, and guitar player. His solo work and Devin Townsend Band are phenominal.  And SYL had Gene Hoglan, formerly of the band DEATH drumming. His double bass is simple insane.

Don't think i don't know what i'm talking about.  Death is an overrated group as well.  In fact, most music from black and death metal genres are crap, with no rhythm, terrible vocals that are indecipherable, and they become so obsessed with personal image that they turn American metalheads into Norweiigen Sympathizers and criminals.  Ooooh, special.  

You want real music?  Try Chimaira, Mastodon, and Cradle of Filth

Norma Jean was the worst band of 06' for sure... I couldnt even stand there and watch them for more than like 5 minutes without wanting to send a "Shotgun Message"(Norma jean's song if u didnt know) of my own.  
Best band in my opinion was Ozzy and System of a Down. Had alot of fun that year ::animatedsmile
