I don't actually know of any deaths resulting from moshing at all.  I've heard of some fatalities from crowd surfing, but never moshing.

actualy someone died in my area last ozzfest because she got trampled in the pit and people just kept kicking and smashing on here and her bf couldent get to her i guess... pretty crazy i would have been fucking those people up who were kicking someone while their down.. fucking pussys!
