Atheist is a great band. They are Progressive Death Metal with a little touch of jazz. I wouldn't say their better than Slayer, you really can't compare the two.

I thought Kelly cant play guitar anymore due to Carpal Tunnel'ish injury so he can only do vocals so it isnt quite the same seeing them without him on guitar.
