Can't get codes?

I put in my email address and I was never sent a ticket code email, or a validation mail or anything. I know that I put the right email in because I tried more than once. What's up with that??::confused

I find it so frustrating that Ozzy or Sharon haevn't even addressed thoughs of us who waited for hours to get tickets onlty to to waste our time and get nothing...I was prompted to send an e-mail buttghey ignored all of them...::finger
