Heck...Six Feet Under covered the entire 'Back in Black' album. But they also did a smoking version of Iron Maiden's classic 'Wrathchild'.

Pantera did a so-so version of 'Cat Scratch Fever'.....but probably my fave cover would be either 'Anarchy in the UK' or 'Paranoid' by Megadeth

Metallica- Die Die my Darling
Disturbed- Land of Confusion
Ozzy Osbourne - Mississippi Queen
Korn- The Wall [I liked it, I do think Pink Floyd's is better, but they didn't do bad in my opinion]
Killswitch Engage- Holy Diver
Type O Negative - Cinnamon Girl
Marilyn Manson - Personal Jesus
Cannibal Corpse - No Remorse
Arch Enemy - Symphony of Destruction
Children of Bodom - Rebel Yell
Cradle of Filth - Hallowed Be Thy Name [I like it, doesn't matter if you don't like it]
Six Feet Under - Wrathchild
Hatebreed - Walk [they played it live at Ozzfest 2006 and it was better than A7X]
I probably missed a few though lol
