Having Trouble Redeeming My Code...

So I got my code for Ozzfest tickets a while ago and then patiently waited for June 12th to redeem it. Well, I went to LiveNation and all that and searched everywhere for the REDEEM CODE button. Obviously I couldn't find it anywhere. So I e-mailed LiveNation twice about it and still have yet to get a response. Well I'm sick of waiting and I want my tickets, so I'm asking you guys for a little help. Even if I've just stupidly overlooked something, I don't want to miss out on Ozzfest because of it. I'm assuming some of you have already gotten tickets and can instruct me.

The whole get your code get tickets thing was nothing but a bullshit scam. I bought Ozzy's album the day it came out for the tickets and waited till the June 8th redemption date and then got Fucked by LiveNation saying oops now you have to wiat till the 12th when everyone else could get codes and shit. I'm really dissapointed not to be able to go to OzzFest this year since I've never been to one before and don't guess I ever will. Hell my sisster managed to get her a pair of tickets and she didn't even buy the damn album. FUCK THIS SHIT!!!!!  I'm very dissapointed that Ozzy wouldn't look out for his fans more...::finger
