Ozzfest 2010

Okay since 2009 was sadly cancelled, we can start thinking of 2010. I don't care how early this is for posting this, but the earlier the better. If we start saying what bands we want now, maybe Ozzy will get them ALL on the lineup, because I hat to sound negative, but this might be the last Ozzfest if it doesn't get handed off to Zakk Wylde's Black Label Society.

Here is my dream lineup, according to Mayhem Fest's 3-stage setup style:

SECOND AND THIRD STAGES (any order and stages go 2,3,2,3,etc.)

Black Danlia Murderer
Cannibal Corpse
Children of Bodom

God Forbid
Killswitch Engage

System of a Down (Reunion, probably last 2nd/3rd stage performers)

This is just a rough idea of a dream come true Ozzfest, but then again, half of these guys might also appear on Mayhem Fest 2010. I would especially love to see Danzig at an Ozzfest because he and Ozzy are two of the greatest Gods of Heavy Metal. And I am still hoping for Rammstein at Ozzfest so I can finally see them.

I think the main acts for Ozzfest 2010 should be Black Sabbath, BLS, Metallica, Judas Priest, Fireball Ministry, Rob Zombie, Slayer, Anthrax, Marilyn Manson, something like that.

Heh, I completely forgot about Rob Zombie, an he is the first metal artist I have heard. Yeah he should definitely be there. Hopefully someone "high up" will notice this and take into account all the people we want to see. I just really want Rammstein and GWAR because I hear they are going on tour next year anyway, so what better way to do it than this or Mayhem Fest right?

I don't know if this means anything or not, but when I just checked the "bands" page on the ozzfest site a bunch of images loaded but none showed up.  I got curious and downloaded the page to my puter and the they have an image for each of the following bands:

cavalera conspiracy

devil driver
drowning pool
goatwhore
hellyeah
in this moment
johnathan davis
kingdom of sorrow

ozzy
rigor mortis
serj tankian
sevendust

was this a line-up at one time or was it suppose to be the '09 tour?  or is it the 2010 tour?  maybe it's absolutely nothing.

I would say 2010 is a good year to have a lineup that consists of the bands ozzfest is responsible for breaking out into the mainstream so to say along with a few long classics:

Megadeth

That was 2008 and it was shitty having ozzy open for metallica absolutely disrepectful and tasteless i stuck around for about 10 min and bailed on shitallica
