Depends on what kind of NEAT you mean.
How come girls are stupid enough to give in to not wearing a condom when the guy gets pissed at them for making him wear one?, and then they catch and S.T.D. or get pregnant.

Some of them are. I'm not one of them I can proudly say.
I would only go to see Slayer, don't know much about Testament. Good from what I've heard though.
Have you ever gotten into a fight at the mall? Or anywhere that is public?
